Fabio Franchina has been elected The European Cosmetic Toiletry and Perfumery Association’s new president for a two-year term. The association voted unanimously on Friday at its annual general meeting in favor of Franchina — the first Italian entrepreneur of a cosmetics company to be named president in Colipa’s history since it was established in 1962.
